Your role
Are you a business-driven leader ready to take Data Engineering to the next level? We are looking for a strong leader for our Platform & Data Engineering team in Sweden – someone with the passion and expertise to drive business growth, engage clients, and lead people to their full potential.

Your new workplace? In our office in central Gothenburg, Stockholm or Malmö (hybrid work options available).

You will play a key role in:

• Leading and growing a high-performing Platform & Data Engineering unit (100+ employees), cross Sweden, with a strong focus on innovation and delivery.
• Leading a strong team of People Managers in each location (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö & Helsingborg) responsible for unit consultants.
• Driving business expansion through new opportunities, own client engagement and dialogues.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a talented team of professionals – ensuring engagement, growth, and excellence.
  Act as a trusted partner in client discussions, turning challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions.

Your profile

• Proven leadership experience in Data Engineering or data-driven organizations.
• Solid understanding of Data Engineering field.
• Experienced in working with leading partners within cloud, data and AI. 
• Strong track record of business development and growth.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client dialogues.
• A true people leader who empowers, motivates, and develops teams.
