Ready to elevate your career? We are now looking for our next Head of Go-To-Market & Larger Deals, Data & AI Sweden, where you will lead a talented team of people and be part of the Capgemini Sweden Data & AI Leadership Team.
Your role
As Head of Go-To-Market for Data and AI in Sweden, you will lead the Data & AI sales team, driving the development and execution of growth strategies in close collaboration with the Sweden leadership team. You will own the End-To-End Go-To-Market engine, oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and performance management, while shaping and closing large, complex deals. You will define market priorities, build robust business cases, and align industry-focused sales efforts with our portfolio and key partners. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute as an expert consultant in selected client engagements, providing hands-on support in delivery when relevant.
You will play a key role in:
Strategic sales leadership & growth
- Lead Data & AI GTM Team across Sweden in close collaboration with the Sweden MD
- Define and operationalize the Go-To-Market strategy (segmentation, value propositions, use cases)
- Qualify and pursue major opportunities, ensuring alignment with Business Lines and Data & AI offerings
- Drive pipeline growth, strategic deal wins, partner revenue, and market share
Business development & client engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and external network
- Address complex client challenges and engage senior stakeholders
- Act as an expert consultant in selected client engagements, contributing to delivery through hands-on support when needed
Deal execution & partnerships
- Lead and orchestrate strategic deal shaping from qualification to closure
- Define and execute joint Go-To-Market strategies with partners (co-sell, co-innovation)
- Ensure strong Sales-to-Delivery transition including mobilisation and staffing
Operations, performance & governance
- Manage Go-To-Market operations, funnel tracking, reporting, and forecasting
- Ensure accurate forecasts and manage business development costs
- Design and implement performance management (KPIs)
- Support weekly, ad-hoc Sweden & Europe reporting
- Inspire high performance, build a strong sales culture, and act as a role model
Your profile
Enterprise sales expertise & track record
- Senior-level enterprise sales experience within Data & AI
- Proven track record of leading and closing large, complex transformation deals
- Strong experience in shaping advanced Data & AI services and solutions
- Passion for AI, data & analytics in an enterprise context
Stakeholder management & influence
- Strong ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels
- Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
Market network & industry experience
- Established client network within relevant industries
- Experience across horizontal business functions (e.g. finance, CX, procurement, HR, supply chain)
- Strong experience in at least two key sectors (e.g. Retail, Automotive, FS, Public Sector, etc.)
Strategic advisory & solutioning capability
- Ability to understand and shape complex client needs into Data & AI solutions
- Experience aligning solutions to client vision and transformation goals
