YOUR ROLE

As a consultant within Data & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in multidisciplinary teams partnering with leading organizations to transform data into strategic value. By harnessing the power of advanced analytics, AI and intelligent automation, you’ll help clients make smarter decisions and gain real-time, actionable insights. Working across industries and geographies, you’ll co-create innovative solutions and reshape business models, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver measurable impact.  

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results in fields such as Engineering, Business, Economics in combination with Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar. Ideally, you combine this with hands-on experience from internships, projects, or extracurricular activities. 
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated, with 0–1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree. 
• Skills and mindset: You’re analytical, curious, and passionate about data-driven innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex challenges—both independently and in teams. 
• Language skills: You have fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English. 
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are considered valuable assets.

NEED TO KNOW

Start date and location 

As a recent graduate, you’ll join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in Fall 2026, with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
