YOUR ROLE

As a consultant at frog, a part of Capgemini Invent, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams to solve real business challenges for leading organizations. You’ll help develop strategies, design new business models, and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact and long-term growth. Working at the intersection for creativity, strategy and technology, you’ll bring bold ideas to life – from concept to execution. At frog, you’ll be a part of a collaborative and vibrant community where design, data and business insight come together to reimagine customer experiences and drive lasting transformation.  
 

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results.  
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated, with 0–1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree. 
• Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow - both independently and as part of a team. 
• Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. 
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are considered valuable assets. 

As a frog, you should also have: 

• Strong presentation, storytelling and social skills 
• Affinity with frog’s values Human, Curious, Brave, Collaborative, Genuine and Spirited, and a passion for creating products, services and experiences that meet people's functional and emotional needs

NEED TO KNOW

Start date and location 

As a recent graduate, you’ll join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in Fall 2026, with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
