YOUR PROFILE

- Educational Background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results.
- Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated, with 0–1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
- Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow - both independently and as part of a team. You have strong presentation, storytelling and social skills and a passion for creating products, services, and experiences that meet people's functional and emotional needs.
- Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are considered valuable assets.

Start date and location
As a recent graduate, you’ll join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in Fall 2026, with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
