Your Role
We are looking for an engagement manager that will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of application development and application maintenance projects within the Telco domain. This role ensures seamless execution of projects, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with client expectations while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
In this role you will play a key role in:
• Complete delivery lifecycle for application development and maintenance projects. Define and implement delivery governance models, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Being responsible for building and strengthening client-facing relationships to drive long-term engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Driving regular status reviews and provide transparent communication on progress and risks. Lead and mentor delivery teams, including developers, testers, and support staff.
• Identifying delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans. Manage critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Driving adherence to ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices where applicable. Implement automation and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, IT etc. with 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in Telco domain.
• Strong understanding of Telco business processes and OSS/BSS systems. Proven experience in managing large-scale application development and maintenance projects.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Oracle Siebel, Oracle OSM, and integration frameworks.
• Ability to lead multi-location teams and manage vendor relationships. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
