Your role
As an E2E Network Architect – IP Transport & Logical Connectivity at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and optimising end‑to‑end IP transport and logical connectivity solutions across complex network environments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and secure network infrastructures that support both current and future business requirements.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Designing end‑to‑end IP transport solutions including IP/MPLS and mobile backhaul in multi‑vendor environments
- Developing logical mapping and network segregation strategies in accordance with 3GPP standards
- Defining and optimizing IP interconnect, L2/L3 switching, and connectivity frameworks
- Leading ADC / load‑balancing initiatives to improve network performance, scalability, and reliability
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience in IP/MPLS, mobile backhaul, and IP interconnect design and implementation
- In‑depth understanding of 3GPP logical mapping, network segregation, and L2/L3 switching principles
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international and multicultural teams
(Certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, or F5, and knowledge of security best practices for IP transport networks are considered advantageous.)
