Director, Information Security & Security Protection

The unit focuses on integrating and connecting resources to increase the speed, agility and cost efficiency of our clients’ transformation initiatives. We are a global team of professionals who help organizations meet their business goals by transforming and managing their IT infrastructure landscape – leveraging innovations.

We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Director, Information Security & Security Protection
In this role you will:
•    As a Director, you will actively engage with clients and our organization on Information Security and Protection.
•    You understand and can explain and advise, Security Protection Agreement (SSA), Security Protection Arrangement (SPA), Supplier Security Directives (SSD) etc.
•    You are hands-on and operational when needed, as well as you can oversee the bigger picture when it comes to Information Security and Security Protection
•    Ensure compliance: Ensure that the organization follows laws and regulations related to security protection.
•    Lead and coordinate security protection efforts
•    Risk assessments: Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats.
•    Secure security procedures: Implement security procedures and policies to protect the organization’s assets.
•    Training and awareness: Educate staff on security issues and ensure they are aware of security protocols.
•    Incident management: Handle security incidents and conduct investigations in case of security breaches.
•    Reporting: Report on security status and incidents to management.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, such as ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2, and others
•    Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and secure that we as organization is on forefront

YOUR PROFILE
•    Proven experience in Information Security as a Security Protection Manager or similar role
•    4-10 years of experience in security management
•    Deep understanding of security frameworks, threat landscapes, and mitigation strategies, with proficiency in security tools and technologies
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence at all levels
•    Relevant certifications such as Protective security, CISSP, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 
•    Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all professional activities
•    Full working proficiency in both Swedish and English is required
