We’re on a mission to continue to build the leading Digital Trust & Cyber Security management consulting team in Sweden, to be part of our existing Nordic team. In this role you will play a key role in:
- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge cyber and data protection strategies and cybersecurity operating models.
- Develop robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, incorporating both traditional and innovative approaches.
- Guide clients through business resilience transformations, ensuring they are prepared for any crisis or disruption.
- Conduct performance improvement assessments and benchmarking clients' security posture against national and international standards.
Your profile
- 2-6+ years’ work experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent, with proven experience in leading projects in information or cyber security.
- A master’s degree with a information, cyber security, business, or IT focus.
- Proven experience with current cybersecurity management standards (ISO 2700x, NIST) and regulations (NIS/NIS2, CRA, DORA, GDPR).
- High integrity, collaborative spirit, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Swedish citizenship and fluency in Swedish and English are required.
- Relevant certifications (ISO 2700x, CISM, CISA, CISSP) are advantageous.

Need to know
Location: In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in one of our attractively located offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.
The seniority level and title will depend on your background and experience. As part of our recruitment process, identity verification will be conducted through inspection of your ID card, and background checks may be carried out as required.
