Delivery Head

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex projects and services towards our clients in the Automotive sector. Your role

In this strategic role, you will ensure that our technical projects are effectively governed, prioritized, and delivered with maximum business value. You will play a central part in steering the portfolio toward achieving agreed business objectives while fostering strong collaboration across delivery teams and clients. You are responsible for balancing the portfolios of projects run by the team.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Oversee and strategically manage the full delivery portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement portfolio management principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead the strategic execution of the portfolio to ensure delivery against business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with delivery and cross‑functional teams to maintain portfolio health throughout its lifecycle.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex commercial and high‑risk issues, ensuring proactive risk management.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has experience from a similar role in consultancy business. You have been working towards end clients in the Automotive sector with either portfolio management, sales or as a senior project manager consultant. 

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience of portfolio management, sales or project management in the consultancy business
• Experience from working in complex project setups
• Experience from the Automotive sector
