CRM Business Analyst Dynamics 365
Your role
As a Business Analyst with Sogeti, you will be involved in guiding clients on how to maximize their CRM system's potential. You will collaborate with clients to understand their sales processes and CRM needs, and propose and implement necessary changes and improvements.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their sales processes and CRM needs.
- Guiding clients on optimizing their CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
- Proposing and implementing necessary changes and improvements.
- Leading workshops and sharing your knowledge with team members.
Your profile
- Experience and preferably certification in Dynamics 365 CE or previous Dynamics CRM versions.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail and dedication.
- Professionalism in a consulting role and a collaborative team spirit.
- Comfortable leading workshops and passionate about delivering value to clients.
