BSS, Business Analysis & Solution Architecture Specialists (Mission Critical Communications Hub)

Your role
We are currently building a specialist team within mission-critical communications and telecom. We are looking for experienced consultants who want to help design the next generation of business- and mission-critical solutions for communication-intensive organizations. We are seeking professionals within Business Support Systems (BSS), Business Analysis, Architecture, Service Design, and Vendor Selection & Procurement. Whether your expertise lies in business analysis, service design, architecture, or strategic technology and vendor selection, you will have the opportunity to contribute to complex transformations where business, people, and technology come together.

In these roles, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, users, architects, developers, and external partners to transform business needs into sustainable, user-friendly, and future-proof solutions.

Depending on your background, you may contribute within areas such a BSS IT Architecture, BSS Business Analysis and Requirements Management, BSS Solution Design, BSS Service Design.

What all roles have in common is that you will, together with our clients create structure in complex environments, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into tangible solutions that generate business value.

In this role you will play a key role in: 

•    Analyzing business needs, processes, and user requirements
•    Leading workshops and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders
•    Producing requirements, solution proposals, target architectures, and decision-making material
•    Designing services, processes, and information flows
•    Defining solution architectures, integration principles, and technology choices
•    Contributing to vendor evaluations and procurement processes
•    Ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions
•    Driving digital transformation and business development for our clients

Your profile  
We believe you have several years of experience within one or more of the following areas:

•    BSS Architecture 
•    BSS Business Analysis 
•    BSS Solution Architecture 
•    Service Design 
•    Digital Transformation 
•    System Integration and APIs 
•    Business Development and Operational Improvement 
•    Telecom, IT, or other complex business environments

You have a background of working at the intersection of business and technology and have the ability to build trust with both clients and colleagues. You enjoy taking ownership, driving discussions forward, and turning complex challenges into clear and actionable solutions.
