ARAS PLM Solution Architect

Your Role

We’re looking for experienced ARAS PLM Solution Architects who can bring value to the team and act as key contributors in our PLM projects. You will be responsible for architectural design, defining system requirements, and ensuring that the technical solution remains aligned with business needs throughout the project lifecycle. Your work will span both delivery and pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, solution development, and stakeholder engagement. Locations include Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, or Malmö.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading customer project delivery activities and requirement workshops
• Designing and communicating architectural solutions with Capgemini teams and clients
• Producing specifications and contributing to PLM system configuration
• Identifying risks and proposing solutions to key stakeholders
• Supporting pre-sales efforts, including custom solution presentations and budget proposals

Your profile

• University degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying solutions based on ARAS 
• At least 4 years of experience working in a Nordic country
• Proven IT development experience as well as experience of multi-cultural project teams, where parts are located off-site
• Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and written

It is beneficial if you have strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience working with .NET or Java frameworks is highly valued, as is familiarity with CAD tools and integrations between PLM, CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
