AI Transformation Partner

Your role

We are looking for an AI Transformation Partner to help our clients move from AI ambition to AI reality. This is not a pure technology role, nor is it a traditional consulting role. We are looking for a leader who can bridge business and technology, inspire executive stakeholders, define strategic direction, and guide organizations through meaningful AI transformation.

In this role, you will:

As a trusted advisor, coach, and transformation leader, you will help clients:

• Assess organizational readiness and identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Lead workshops, executive discussions, and business transformation programs
• Define AI visions, strategies, and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful delivery of client engagements
• Translate AI possibilities into practical initiatives, operating models, and investment decisions
• Become a trusted advisor to clients on AI adoption, governance, organisational readiness and change

Your profile

• Extensive consulting, advisory, transformation, or AI leadership experience
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate confidently at both boardroom and delivery-team level
• Experience in facilitating executive workshops and strategic conversations
• Experience creating business cases, roadmaps, and transformation plans
• Strong commercial mindset and experience supporting sales pursuits

You may bring experience from one, or a combination of the following backgrounds:

Option 1: AI Architect Turned Business Leader
You have a strong AI, Data, or Solution Architecture background and now want to spend more time:

• Engaging with executives
• Shaping transformation agendas
• Leading large client engagements
• Developing business opportunities
• Influencing strategic decisions

Option 2: Engagement Manager with AI Expertise
You have a consulting, program management, or transformation background and have developed strong knowledge within:

• Generative AI
• AI strategy
• AI governance
• AI operating models
• AI adoption and change management
