Job Title: Teamcenter Rulestream Architect

About the job you’re considering
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamcenter Rulestream Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions using Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
Your Role
- Solution Design and Architecture: Develop and design comprehensive PLM solutions using Rulestream and Teamcenter to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Rulestream and Teamcenter solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Customization: Customize and configure Rulestream and Teamcenter to align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Rulestream and Teamcenter solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of PLM solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Desired experience in Teamcenter Product configurator and Rulestream integration
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PLM solution architecture, with a strong focus on Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter.
- Proficiency in Rulestream VIA and Teamcenter configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts and best practices.
- Experience with CAD systems and engineering processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as VB, Java, C++, or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Relevant certifications in PLM, Rulestream, or Teamcenter are highly desirable.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $168,688/year
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
