- You will play a vital role in aligning business needs with practical, effective PLM solutions that drive process optimization.
- You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- You will support the design, documentation, and rollout of optimized PLM processes that strengthen product development and operational efficiency.
- You will participate in PLM configuration, testing, and validation to ensure systems meet user expectations and strategic requirements.
- You will assist in ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability between PLM and enterprise systems through integration activities.
- You will help strengthen organizational adoption by supporting change initiatives and delivering clear, impactful PLM training.
- You will contribute to the organization’s PLM transformation journey through continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
Your Role
- Analyze and document product lifecycle management processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and non‑functional requirements for PLM solutions.
- Design effective PLM workflows and system configurations aligned with operational and strategic needs.
- Develop user experience designs that improve system usability and maximize end‑user adoption.
- Contribute to the development of scalable data models that support accurate and consistent PLM implementations.
- Plan, execute, and document testing activities to ensure PLM system reliability and performance.
- Configure PLM systems and support integrations with other enterprise applications to enable seamless end‑to‑end processes.
Your Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PLM Business Analyst or in a similar role within PLM environments.
- Demonstrated capability in business process analysis and modeling, especially in product lifecycle management domains.
- Strong proficiency in requirements engineering, including elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Working knowledge of Windchill PLM, specifically in BOM Management and Change Management modules.
- Experience designing intuitive user experiences that enhance system usability and adoption.
- Hands-on involvement in system testing activities for PLM or related enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to PLM system integration, conceptual data modeling, and training delivery is highly desirable.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: ($51,000 - $111,000)
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
