Tranformation Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead to oversee the successful delivery of key projects and programs. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to navigate emerging technologies, and the capability to manage relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered within scope, budget, and in accordance with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the successful delivery of projects and programs, ensuring they meet the planned scope, budget, quality, and governance standards.
• Develop, track, and manage project plans, ensuring that they are clearly defined, integrated across all workstreams, and achievable.
• Manage and coordinate project dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating to relevant stakeholders when needed.
• Oversee the project governance framework, ensuring compliance with bank, technical, risk, and other standards.
• Coordinate the delivery of services, ensuring they align with contractual obligations and service levels, with appropriately skilled and managed teams.
• Manage project finances in accordance with organizational financial policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met and managing any escalations promptly.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive Service Overview Documents that protect the organization’s responsibilities.
• Mitigate risks effectively and ensure timely reporting of issues.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and banking practices to enhance project delivery.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
