Temenos T24 Business Analyst

Job Description

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) and solid knowledge of Treasury and Trading products.
• The role requires 8–12 years of experience in Banking IT, including at least 5 years of hands‑on business analysis and solution delivery within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of financial instruments and experience implementing or supporting Securities, Corporate Actions, Treasury, and Derivatives modules in Temenos.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for Treasury and Trading products such as FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Securities, and Bonds.
• Translate business needs into functional and system specifications aligned with Temenos capabilities.
• Conduct gap–fit analysis and propose solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Drive functional design, configuration, and parameterization of relevant Temenos modules.
• Partner with Architecture, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams for successful solution delivery.
• Lead SIT/UAT planning and execution, ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Support integration testing with front‑office, risk, finance, and accounting systems.
• Contribute to data migration, regression testing, and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide domain guidance and mentor junior Business Analysts.
• Keep updated on industry standards, regulations, and SWIFT practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Banking IT, with at least 5 years in Temenos Transact (T24).
• Strong domain expertise in Treasury and Trading products: FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Bonds, Securities, and related operations.
• Experience configuring or supporting Temenos Treasury & Risk modules.
• Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, position management, valuations, settlements, and accounting flows.
• Ability to produce clear Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Traceability Matrices.
• Hands‑on experience in functional testing and leading SIT/UAT cycles.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Temenos Integration Framework (TIF) or third‑party Treasury system integrations.
• Knowledge of Temenos Infinity, AA, or Analytics modules.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Relevant certifications such as ACI Dealing Certificate.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
