About the role
This role provides 50% support to the Delivery Manager, focusing on maintaining Azure DevOps (ADO), and 50% support for BPMN modelling work in SAP Signavio.
You will be involved in night calls at least once a week for joint Pacific and Atlantic standup meeting/general updates. You will be working in office for 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Support (50%)
- Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO): manage work item entries and ensure they comply with the settings and standards we maintain so dashboards run correctly.
- Generate and maintain ADO dashboards for delivery visibility.
- Build reusable ADO query templates for the wider team.
- Generate reports and support the Delivery Manager on an ad hoc basis.
Business Process Modelling (50%)
- Elicit process knowledge from stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors — asking the right questions to uncover how processes actually work, including exceptions and handoffs.
- Translate business processes into clear, standards-compliant BPMN models.
- Validate sequence logic with process owners: flow order, gateways, decision points, roles, and handoffs.
- Support the GPO core team with analysis and coordination of each program milestone.
- Perform data cleaning and reconciliations using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, and Excel.
- Prepare business documents: process documentation, analysis outputs, and supporting materials.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) — work item management, queries, and dashboards. This is a high priority.
- Solid understanding of BPMN modeling standards and process documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data cleaning and reconciliation using Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong business analytical thinking: able to structure a problem, work through the data, and present clear conclusions.
- Confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and vendors (SAP, Accenture, other contractors)
