Job Description
- Support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements
- Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs
- Maintain Project Management Office, track documentation and monitoring of progress
- Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted by party authorized by the Authority
- Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance
- Ensure that the project delivery complies with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of IT experience as Software Developer
- Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Performing requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements
- Experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure etc. (preferred Azure).
- Cloud Certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers (preferred Azure)
- Experience in SDLC-related projects in the past
- Knowledge of application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies; and
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies with working experience in performing various application and systems testing
