Seeking a Backend Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The role involves working with cross functional teams to deliver secure and high quality solutions that meet business and customer needs.


Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4 to 6 years of backend development experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, Go, or Node.js
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
  • Experience with Git and software development lifecycle
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools
  • Experience with message queues or event streaming platforms
  • Understanding of frontend concepts and system integration
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver features end to end
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production and non production issues
  • Apply security, data protection, and compliance practices
  • Contribute to architecture and design discussions
  • Support DevOps and CI CD processes
