Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Business Analyst to bridge business needs, user experience, and technology solutions. This role will work closely with stakeholders, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to define product requirements, shape user-centric solutions, and support successful product delivery in an Agile environment.

  • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and interviews to elicit, analyse, and validate business and user requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into clear user journeys, process maps, wireframes, functional requirements, and solution designs.
  • Define product scope and document requirements through epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to prioritise requirements and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, UX, and Engineering teams, providing ongoing clarification throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate solution design discussions, identify dependencies, manage risks, and resolve requirement ambiguities.
  • Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release planning.
  • Analyse business processes and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, user needs, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, UX Analyst, or similar role within digital product, technology, or transformation environments.
  • Proven experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and requirements management across multiple business functions.
  • Strong capability in creating user journeys, process flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and low-to-medium fidelity prototypes.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery teams and partnering with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Software Engineers.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar product delivery and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of UX principles, Design Thinking, Service Design, and customer-centred design methodologies is highly desirable.
