About the role
We are seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to coordinate the delivery of interfaces between Salesforce, MuleSoft and other external systems.
You will serve as the day-to-day bridge between business stakeholders, external systems, and delivery teams to ensure integration requirements, dependencies, data mappings, testing activities, and delivery schedules are properly coordinated and tracked.
This role is best suited for individuals who are organised, proactive, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to drive discussions, follow-ups of outstanding items. While an understanding of integrations is helpful, you will be supported by technical specialists on solution architecture and technical discussions.
Job Description
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary coordination point between client stakeholders, external agencies and delivery teams.
- Organise and facilitate integration-related discussions and meetings.
- Capture meeting outcomes, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
Integration Requirements Management
- Review functional user stories to identify interface impacts and integration needs.
- Work with functional team to understand business processes and interface requirements.
- Share integration requirements, dependencies and required data attributes with relevant teams.
- Facilitate discussions to clarify source-to-target mappings, business rules and interface behaviour.
Interface Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain interface status trackers covering requirements, dependencies, build status, testing status and documentation.
- Coordinate the preparation of interface specifications and relevant integration artefacts with the integration lead and integration developers.
Testing Coordination
- Support SIT & UAT planning and coordination, including:
- Test windows
- Sample data exchange
- Test execution schedules
- Interface validation activities
- Coordinate agency participation during testing windows.
- Facilitate integration demos upon completion of interface development.
- Assist with defect triage, clarification, and follow-up during SIT & UAT.
Agile Delivery Participation
- Represent the Integration Team in sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog discussions, and delivery reviews.
- Provide regular updates on integration progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming activities.
Job requirements
Must have skills and experience
- Experience coordinating integration projects
- Experience managing cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to simplify discussions and coordinate alignment across multiple parties
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
Good to have
- Familiarity in system integration concepts (e.g. API, SFTP, JSON/XML)
- Basic understanding of data mapping and interface specifications
- Salesforce, MuleSoft, or enterprise application exposure
- Experience with public sector projects or projects with structured environments
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

- Integration activities delivered according to agreed schedules and milestones

- Smooth execution of SIT and UAT integration activities with minimal coordination-related delays
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
