Job Responsibilities
- Play key role in sales team in developing, cultivating, and closing deals, preferrable from Engineering services.
- Deep understanding & Knowledge in Singapore public sector.
- Build new customers base and leverage assigned account base (contacts, Potential, Competition, Portfolio positioning…)
- Market the strong ER&D portfolio and leverage the same in driving incremental bookings and revenues.
- Develop customer value propositions in collaboration with presales and delivery teams
- Consultative business development activities, identifying needs and suggesting solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely issue resolution to drive complete customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations and proposals
- Build good understanding of Industry and competitive landscape and provide timely inputs to the business and delivery teams to help drive continuous improvements
- Ability to addresses sales opportunities through development of sales strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in business administration, engineering or related disciplines
- Exposure to Selling Engineering R&D services in Engineering Services and proven successful track record in achieving the sales target
- Sales experience in Singapore Public Sector
- Ability to work with distributed teams with delivery locations in India, Eastern Europe and others
- Developing sales for Engineering services with required skillsets (GMP, CSV, RA)
- Promote growth and market share on the priority topics defined by Capgemini.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to Create and implement a new business development plan for the assigned territory
- A result-oriented leader with focus on meeting short term and building long term plan of financial goals
- Be a Team player in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Exposure Engineering Services industries, experience in solution proposals and deal closing for small to mid-sized opportunities resulting in a meeting and exceeding individual sales quota
- Drive external focus including regular field visits across customer location
- Go getter and aggressive sales mindset to win in marketplace.
