About the role

The Lead HTR Functional Consultant shall be responsible for leading the design, transformation and implementation of the future-state Hire-to-Retire (HTR) operating model and ERP solution.

The consultant shall provide subject matter expertise across employee lifecycle processes including organisation management, workforce administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning management, talent development and succession management.

The consultant shall support in establishing a streamlined, ERP-centric HR operating model while ensuring compliance with statutory, organisational and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design of future-state Hire-to-Retire business processes.
  • Conduct fit-gap assessments and process re-engineering workshops.
  • Assess recruitment platform integration requirements and support future-state recruitment process transformation initiatives.
  • Support workforce administration, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and learning processes.
  • Assess future-state positioning of HR systems and related applications.
  • Define HR data migration and data governance requirements.
  • Support integration design with internal and external systems.
  • Facilitate testing, training and deployment activities.
  • Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Mandatory Experience

  • Minimum 10 years SAP HCM experience.
  • Experience in Organisation Management.
  • Experience in Personnel Administration.
  • Experience in Time Management.
  • Experience in Payroll Administration.
  • Experience in Recruitment and Talent Management.
  • Delivery experience in at least two ERP or HR transformation programmes.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing or integrating Talent Acquisition and Recruitment platforms such as Smart Recruiters or equivalent enterprise requirement systems.
  • Singapore Payroll experience.
  • Public sector HR projects.
  • Defence-related programmes.
  • HR systems integration projects.
  • Workforce transformation programmes.
