Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation:
• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning implementations, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Develop and deliver tailored solutions across Finance, HR, Sales, and Supply Chain processes.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance analytics architectures with a focus on optimal data footprint, flexibility, and user experience.
Business Transformation and Consulting:
• Conduct discovery workshops, solution showcases, and client presentations to align solutions with business needs.
• Provide thought leadership in SAP Analytics, including strategy development and roadmap definition.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and harness key business KPIs across various processes.
Technical Expertise and Development:
• Hands-on solutioning in FP&A analytics, data science, and enterprise planning.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, leveraging open-source technologies where applicable.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, Tableau, Power BI, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Act as Capability Lead (CoE) for Enterprise Planning and Data & Analytics.
• Mentor and guide teams in Agile and SCRUM methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Client Engagement and Support:
• Support RFP responses, effort estimation, and post-implementation transitions.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing client support to ensure solution adoption and success.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• Over 12 years of experience in IT business transformations, including SAP analytics and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of leading 3+ end-to-end SAC planning implementations with S/4HANA.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business AI, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and tools like Tableau, Power BI, KNIME, and GraphDB.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (R, Python).
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and across geographies.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with financial services clients.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, including SCRUM.
