PBS (Packaged Based Solutions) Service Line Lead -  SEA & Hong Kong

The Packaged Based Solutions Service line within Capgemini focuses on the development, implementation, and management of enterprise-level software applications like SAP, Oracle, Coupa, MS Dynamics ERP etc.   We focus on large-scale software systems design and implementation to support and streamline business processes across an entire organization typically encompass various functional areas such as finance, human resources, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and more. We provide a range of services from Consulting and Advisory Services to Implementation, development, customization & integration, Application Maintenance & Support, Upgrades & Enhancements and Testing Services. We build agility in introducing innovation with a highly industrialised implementation of SAP S/4HANA and other non-SAP enterprise applications to deliver a clean and touchless core with industry best practice process and industry-specific cloud extension.

We are currently hiring for an individual to lead this practice across SEA & HK, the service line lead will lead, own and operate the service line organization from an end to end perspective such as business development, solution, sales, service management and project delivery.    The role reports into the COO of Capgemini SEA & HK.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:  Responsible for the execution of the business strategy and growth of the Service Line. Engage with Capgemini Sales & Solutions teams to develop Go to Market strategy and revenue growth initiatives across focus areas, develop and sell propositions. Provide subject matter expertise on bids/proposals and solution development, and ensure client engagement across bid cycle.
  • Practice:  Build and strengthen capability, determine optimal resource mix of local, landed, offshore resources, domain, skill and technology mix, support delivery of engagement and manage resource utilization effectively.
  • Delivery:  Responsible for delivery excellence on all engagements, support engagement on delivery through project planning, solution support, resource fulfillment, and revitalize delivery teams

KPIs

  • Financial KPIs: Bookings (new business), Revenue (from delivery of existing bookings), Profitability, Bench management and manage Business Development costs for the Packaged Based Solutions Service Line
  • People: Build skill competencies required across the portfolio, Team ramp up, People Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee satisfaction, manage attrition.

 

Job Description - Grade Specific

Requirements

  • Thought leader in the market with established credentials in leading and managing transformation programs for local and global clients.
  • Understanding of the changing landscape in enterprise applications due to technologies and digital disruption.
  • 15-20 years of experience in different enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft and other cloud native enterprise-level operational platforms) and with a minimum of 5 years within a leadership role
  • At least 5-10 years experience leading large complex engagements leading to successful outcomes
  • Ability to manage end to end P&L responsibility for the practice including revenue and margins.
  • Extensive experience within Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Delivery
  • Proven track record of building and leading a Practice
