Job Description

The Project Management Officer (PMO) provides a range of support services to the Engagement Managers to govern our engagements, plan and track them, report progress, manage issues and risks, control change, manage deliverables and quality, track obligations, adhere to our contractual and commercial constraints, manage our finances and keep electronic records of what we produce and do.

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • Lead end to end workforce management covering resource planning recruitment onboarding training performance development and employee relations across onshore and offshore teams
  • Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned to enterprise objectives delivery roadmaps and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and coach distributed onshore and offshore teams driving engagement performance improvement and operational excellence
  • Analyze workforce and capacity data to identify trends forecast future demand and support data driven resourcing decisions
  • Implement talent management initiatives to attract retain and develop high performing talent
  • Reduce employee turnover through targeted engagement and retention strategies
  • Streamline onboarding processes reducing time to productivity
  • Optimize hiring and resourcing models through the Right Talent Right Place strategy delivering cost efficiencies and capability uplift
  • Produce and maintain financial and workforce metrics reporting for senior management and governance forums"
