About the role

We are seeking a Project Analyst for individuals interested in building a strong foundation in technology delivery, project management and consulting over time and grow within a structured delivery environment.

 

You will work alongside Project Managers, Architects and Delivery Leads on enterprise-scale projects involving cloud platforms, system integrations and business transformation initiatives.

 

This role offers broad exposure across different workstreams and stakeholders, you will gain exposure to how complex projects are managed and delivered end-to-end. It is well‑suited for individuals who are organised, proactive, and enjoy being at the centre of coordination and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, tracking and governance activities across delivery teams.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Consolidate information from different sources into clear and concise project updates.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items (RAID), and ensure timely follow‑up and closure.
  • Proactively follow up with team members and stakeholders to keep tasks moving forward.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support meeting preparation, facilitate discussions where needed, and document key decisions and action items.
  • Participate in project discussions, workshops, and status reviews.
  • Help ensure project teams follow required governance, documentation, and compliance processes.

Requirements

Must have experience / key traits

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders (through projects, internships, extracurricular activities, or events).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Ability to summarise information clearly and concisely (e.g. reports, slides, updates).
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving project environment.
  • Able to work with incomplete information and proactively seek clarification.
  • Detail‑oriented, while still able to meet timelines.
  • Takes initiative and ownership with minimal supervision.
  • Confident communicating with people across different teams and seniority levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Good to have

  • Exposure to project coordination, PMO, business analysis, or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g. action trackers, RAID logs, status reports).
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, cloud technologies, system integration or enterprise applications.

  • Be hands‑on in coordination, tracking, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth day‑to‑day delivery.
  • Take ownership of assigned tracking and governance activities, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Communicate proactively on progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Learn on the job by observing and supporting experienced project leads and team members.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams by being reliable and responsive.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Business, IT, or related fields preferred)
