Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring graduates and early‑career professionals for our NGT Program. The program is designed for individuals with strong technical foundations and basic banking knowledge who are keen to build expertise in core banking platforms. Successful candidates will receive structured training and certification on leading banking technologies, with opportunities for long‑term career development across core banking, wealth management technology, and large‑scale transformation programs.


Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, enhancement, migration, and production stability of banking applications.
  • Process accounts, payments, transactions, and securities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in system configuration, functional testing, and data validation.
  • Assist in documenting business and technical requirements to support solution design.
  • Support batch processing, interface management, and data reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to align solutions with requirements.
  • Participate in incident reviews, root‑cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports to support monitoring and decision‑making.

Required Competencies & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge or academic exposure to SQL for database querying.
  • Foundational skills in Linux/Unix environments for operations and scripting.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Shell, or Java).
  • Understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Knowledge of batch processing principles.
  • Theoretical understanding of key banking concepts such as retail banking, wealth management, payments, securities, KYC/AML, and settlements.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability.
  • Analytical mindset and structured problem‑solving approach.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism in client‑facing settings.
  • Strong discipline in documentation and record keeping.

Preferred Competencies

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Motivation to pursue a career in core banking technologies.

Training & Career Development

  • Participate in a structured training curriculum focused on core banking systems.
  • Gain hands‑on project experience under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Take on progressive responsibilities across functional, technical, and support areas.
  • Build toward roles such as Core Banking Consultant, Functional Analyst, Integration Specialist, Production Support Analyst, or Technical Specialist.
