Insights & Data Analytics Growth Lead

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Programme Management: Manage programme strategy and approach across multiple projects or activities, ensuring stakeholder buy-in for plans, commitments, and changes.

 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Assist business stakeholders in breaking down complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories, ensuring they can be delivered by Technology teams with minimal cross-product coordination.

 

  • Judicious Alignment: Ensure that Technology programmes are aligned with account strategies and contribute to achieving judicious objectives.

 

  • Account Management: Oversee existing accounts to ensure consistent or growing sales volume year after year.

 

  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and develop new regional accounts, coordinating client relationships, project proposals, budgeting, service contracts, and work orders.

 

  • Business Enhancement: Work with regional resources to enhance current account and business opportunities.

 

  • Reporting & Communication: Provide status updates and progress reports to the Regional Sales Director, ensuring deadlines are met. Offer monthly forecast reports, including revenue vs. goal analysis, and inform management of new regional developments.

 

  • Compliance & Oversight: Ensure account compliance and maximize the potential of company contracts. Manage industry partner programs and relationships to discuss market trends and customer needs.

 

  • Marketing & Sales: Oversee marketing materials inventory and reorder as necessary. Target and sell to key accounts, identify prospects, and generate new revenue opportunities.

 

  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with centre staff and management to resolve client issues, ensuring the highest level of service quality. Escalate issues to the Center Manager when appropriate.

 

  • Opportunity Management: Oversee the progression of opportunities and lead them through the opportunity pipeline, providing detailed reports.

 

Key Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • 15+ years of programme management experience

 

  • Strong IT portfolio and programme management skills

 

  • Experience managing a PMO function

 

  • Strong financial acumen

 

  • Excellent stakeholder negotiation and communication skills

 

  • Experience running crossline business programmes

 

  • Broad understanding of technologies
