Your Role
1. Lead the detailed analysis of ESG business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and ensuring alignment with the Bank's overall strategy.
2. Facilitate strong communication between key stakeholders, the Product Management team, and the Delivery Team to set clear expectations and deliver successful project outcomes.
3. Oversee the management of data requirements and backlog prioritization, ensuring timely delivery and consistent monitoring of progress across all project goals.
4. Maintain adherence to process governance standards, engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and facilitate effective deployment.
Your Profile
Responsibilities:-
Strategy
• Responsible for analysis and understanding of ESG business requirements and documentation of user stories in detail
• Clear and concise articulation, presentation, and documentation of requirements.
• Manage key stakeholder expectations through frequent communication both with business and delivery team
• Work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that requirements are in line with the Bank’s strategy
• Ensure specified requirements and system changes / enhancements are aligned to the strategy
Business
• Banking domain knowledge across banking
• Should have domain data exposure and business analysis experience
• Work collaboratively with Product Management and the Delivery Team to support the success of the required Project/Programme
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Engage cross-functional teams, develop a thorough understanding of system ecosystem and architecture relating to ESG Domain.
• ESG reporting standards understanding including CSRD.
• Data Requirement management
o Work with ESG team to manage backlogs, epics and user stories.
o Have a benefit ESGoff view for all items on the backlog so it is possible to perform quick impact assessment when switching items.
• Development and deployment management
o Work with ESG team and Capgemini team to coordinate the development activities.
• Issue analysis and resolution
o Ad-hoc issue investigation with squad, resolution, communication of fix date to users
o Engage stakeholders and escalate as necessary to expedite work.
• Documentation and governance
o Ensure all process governance standards are met and required artefacts are produced and archived.
o Engage with Operational Risk, Business and tech compliance, Responsible AI council, process owners, ICS and any other stakeholder teams as necessary to ensure the project has all necessary approvals for deployment.
• Ability to create effective working relationships across functions & borders.
• Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community to deliver change across multiple functions.
• Apply industry knowledge and experience and work with delivery teams to identify and recommend solutions for change.
• Write detailed business requirements and functional specification documents that effectively articulate business requirements and proposed change.
• Work with project stakeholders to gain agreement on the detailed requirements.
• Work with the vendors (where applicable) and internal technology teams in facilitating the specifications work.
