Key Responsibilities


1.    Sales Strategy & Execution:
o    Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the digital marketing business across Financial Services customers in Continental Europe.
o    Drive revenue growth by identifying and shaping deals proactively with accounts and clients.
2.    Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
o    Build strong relationships with CMOs and other senior stakeholders in marketing departments of Financial Services firms.
o    Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, understanding clients' marketing challenges and objectives.
3.    Solution Development:
o    Create customized solutions across strategy, technology, data, and operations to address client needs and drive business outcomes.
o    Collaborate with technical, data consulting, and operations teams to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations.
4.    Portfolio Growth:
o    Ensure profitable growth of the overall portfolio, integrating strategy, technology, data, and operations.
o    Bring strategic thinking and execution discipline to drive portfolio growth across the client base.
5.    Alliance Partnerships:
o    Develop and integrate alliance partnerships that deliver greater value to clients and drive business growth.
6.    Market Insights & Innovation:
o    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
7.    Pipeline Management:
o    Track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Skills and Requirements
1.    Education & Experience:
o    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
o    Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Martech consulting, or strategy.
2.    Expertise:
o    Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
o    Experience in consultative and solution-oriented selling.
3.    Communication & Relationship Management:
o    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
o    Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
