Job Description

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to join our Strategic PMO team The role will focus on managing data transformation projects within Operations including CRM Contact Center and Claims The ideal candidate will have strong program/project management expertise hands on experience in largescale data initiatives MDM Reporting Analytics and a strategic mindset to bridge business and technology

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end to end delivery of data projects within Operations
2. Collaborate with Group Data and Operations teams to ensure alignment
3. Drive initiatives like Master Data Management Reporting and Analytics
4. Provide governance and strategic input for data programs
5. Manage stakeholders and ensure timely quality delivery


Required Skills

1. Over 10 years in Program/Project Management preferably in PMO roles
2. Experience in data transformation projects MDM Reporting Analytics
3. Domain knowledge in banking or insurance
4. Technofunctional capability with strategic thinking
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
