YOUR ROLE
Data engineers are responsible for building reliable and scalable data infrastructure that enables organizations to derive meaningful insights, make data-driven decisions, and unlock the value of their data assets.
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Designing and implementing robust data architectures, leading ETL processes, and ensuring data quality accuracy and integrity.
- Leveraging Big Data technologies including Apache Spark Hadoop and Kafka to process and analyze large datasets resulting in faster and more efficient pipelines.
YOUR PROFILE
- Adept at developing and maintaining automated data pipelines streamlining data flow across systems and implementing scheduling and monitoring mechanisms for optimal processing.
- Demonstrated success in implementing data security measures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with security teams to establish and maintain privacy standards.
- Actively involved in designing and implementing highly scalable software architectures that efficiently accommodated increasing user loads demonstrating a deep understanding of system scalability principles.
- Strong proficiency in managing and enhancing data warehouse structures including schema design indexing strategies and implementing changes to accommodate evolving business needs.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring teams of data engineers overseeing the design development and maintenance of large-scale data pipelines.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering solutions that drive business value.
Must have:
- Proficiency in Data Architecture & ETL Development
- Expertise in Big Data Technologies
- Proven experience in Design Cloud Native Solutions
- Involved in Cloud Migration
- Competent in Data Quality & Compliance System
- Hands-on experience in Design Data Warehousing Data Pipeline
- Familiar with Automation Distributed Systems Performance Tuning Version Control
- Documentation Continuous Learning and Innovation
- Collaborated with Cross-Functional team
- Well-versed in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Excellent Team leadership
