Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer centric dashboard from customer account transaction channels 
  • Customer Relationship Management CRM and external data source 
  • Develop analytics framework for prospect customer target identification wallet share analysis propensity modeling and overall campaign management
  • Risk Management 
  • Identify fraud case or associated pattern in data to assure sales quality and prioritization 
  • Data Enhancement 
  • Support data related projects eg data enrichment for both internal external data source data quality governance big data exploration 

Requirements 

  • University degree in Computer Science Finance Statistics Mathematics or any other quantitative related discipline 
  • Experience in PowerBI, SSIS. SSAS, Data Modelling, SQL, Paginated Reports
  • Possess strong skills in data analytical tools such as SAS R and Python 
  • Understand the concept of SQL and NOSQL data base 
  • Knowledge and experience in big data machine learning or predictive algorithms natural language processing statistics modelling and data mining 
  • Good experience with new technologies and data visualization tools such as QlikView or Tableau will be a strong plus 
  • Experience in commercial bank is a plus
  • Interested in staying up to date on the latest analytics and big data technologies 
  • Possess good business sense of their application in the commercial banking business 
  • Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills
