Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Account Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead the design and implementation of our Account Cybersecurity Leadership (ACL) program within the Financial Services (FS) Judicious Business Unit (SBU). This role is pivotal in driving sustainability, delivery excellence, and building a thriving cybersecurity leadership community.

Key Responsibilities
1.    Program Design and Development
o    Design and develop the ACL program design to the FS SBU's unique needs.
o    Create and implement skills development and certification pathways.
o    Establish performance and success metrics to measure program effectiveness.
2.    Collaboration and Alignment
o    Partner with Delivery Leaders and Business Unit CISOs to gather requirements and ensure optimal placement of ACLs.
o    Continuously evaluate performance and ensure ACLs align with delivery needs and business objectives.
3.    Governance and Reporting
o    Develop management reports to provide insights into program performance and governance at a judicious level.
4.    Productivity and Billability
o    Oversee and enhance the program's billability and productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
5.    Community Building
o    Foster a cohesive and sustainable cybersecurity leadership community through engagement, mentorship, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience
•    Experience: 7–10 years in cybersecurity program management, sustainability leadership, or related fields.
•    Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement large-scale programs, preferably in the financial services domain.
•    Skills: Strong collaboration, leadership, and analytical skills to manage performance metrics and governance.
•    Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, program management, or sustainability are a plus.
