Consultant / Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Transformation

Your Role

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will help clients transform their supply chains to drive growth, resilience, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Working alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will support the delivery of end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. You will combine business insight, data-driven problem solving, digital technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to help clients rethink how their supply chains operate and create value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the delivery of supply chain transformation programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise-wide priorities.
• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into actionable recommendations supported by data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
• Contribute to the design of future-state operating models, processes, governance structures, and performance frameworks that enhance agility, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Lead specific workstreams or project modules, managing activities, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Support strategy development, business case creation, and transformation roadmaps for supply chain improvements and digital enablement initiatives.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and Generative AI tools to accelerate problem solving, scenario modelling, and solution development.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across business and technology functions to drive successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Advise clients on supply chain technology and digital transformation opportunities, including SAP S/4HANA and leading planning platforms, while maintaining a business-first perspective.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, capability building, and go-to-market activities within the Supply Chain Transformation practice.

Your Profile

We are looking for high-performing professionals who are passionate about solving complex supply chain challenges and delivering tangible business impact. This opportunity is suitable for candidates from leading management consulting firms as well as industry professionals with strong supply chain transformation, advisory, or continuous improvement experience.

You will ideally bring:

• 2–8 years of experience in management consulting, supply chain advisory, business transformation, or related industry roles.
• Experience across at least two areas of the supply chain, such as demand and supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting transformation initiatives, operating model design, process improvement, or large-scale change programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to business audiences.
• Exposure to digital, analytics, AI, or automation initiatives that have improved supply chain performance or decision-making.
• Understanding of supply chain technologies and enterprise platforms, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or equivalent solutions.
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a recognised management consulting firm, supply chain boutique, or transformation advisory practice.
• Experience supporting SAP-enabled supply chain transformations or digital supply chain programs.
• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply chain analytics, network optimization, or procurement transformation.
• Interest in applying AI and Generative AI to supply chain and operations challenges.
