C&CA Solutions and Delivery Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking a senior leader to drive pre-sales solutioning and delivery governance for the Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) business in Singapore. This role combines strategic deal solutioning with delivery leadership, helping clients achieve business outcomes through cloud, application modernisation, integration, DevSecOps and AI-enabled engineering solutions. The individual will collaborate across Capgemini business units and global teams to deliver integrated transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pre-Sales & Solutioning Leadership (80%)

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for strategic deals, RFIs, RFPs and tenders across public sector, financial services and enterprise clients.
• Design integrated solutions covering application development and modernisation, cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, platform engineering and AI-powered applications.
• Work with consulting, data, AI, engineering, experience, platform and operations teams to create end-to-end transformation solutions.
• Embed AI and GenAI capabilities into client solutions, including AI-driven business processes, AI-augmented software delivery, intelligent automation and operational optimisation.
• Develop and present compelling business cases highlighting revenue growth, innovation, productivity improvements and cost optimisation.

Delivery Executive & Governance (20%)

• Act as Delivery Executive across a portfolio of engagements, ensuring governance over schedule, quality, scope, utilisation, margin and financial performance.
• Oversee integrated programme delivery across consulting, data & AI, engineering and user experience teams.
• Drive delivery excellence through automation, standardised delivery frameworks and GenAI-enabled software development practices.
• Manage risks, issues, change control, reporting and governance processes to ensure predictable execution and stakeholder transparency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration of business, data and technology capabilities.
