  • Product Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in corporate transaction banking, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with transaction banking initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to SMBC's internal policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and enhance overall team performance.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and presentations.
