Business Analyst - Payments
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance on solutions.
- Solution Design: Lead the design and development of virtual account and liquidity management solutions tailored to meet stakeholder requirements, considering industry best practices and regulatory considerations.
- Delivery Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery process, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Product Expertise: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in corporate transaction banking, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with transaction banking initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to SMBC's internal policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and enhance overall team performance.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and presentations.
