Account Data Delivery lead

Job Description

Lead complex data and AI engagements in Singapore and across Asia. The role covers solution architecture, program delivery, client advisory, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will deliver secure, scalable solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and support account growth. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Design and implement enterprise data and AI solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, BI, analytics, machine learning, and MLOps. 

- Provide technical direction across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. 

- Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements. 

- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and execution through transition and closure. 

- Lead distributed teams and manage scope, milestones, dependencies, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations. 

- Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders and advise on data and AI transformation. 

- Facilitate workshops to align business priorities with technology solutions and measurable outcomes. 

- Identify growth opportunities, support RFPs, shape solutions, and contribute to commercial and risk reviews. 

- Hire, mentor, and develop data and AI professionals while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

Job Requirements

- Approximately 25 years of IT experience, with strong expertise in data, analytics, and AI. 

- Proven experience in solution architecture, consulting, sales support, account growth, and complex program delivery. 

- Extensive knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform data services. 

- Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, risk, and regulatory compliance. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across geographies. 

- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and presentation skills. 

- Relevant cloud, data, or AI certifications are desirable. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

- Experience delivering solutions for large enterprise clients across industries. 

- Familiarity with Agile and established project or program management methods. 

- Recognition for technology delivery, innovation, thought leadership, or mentorship. 

EDUCATION 

Master degree in Computer Applications or a related discipline.
