Job Description

Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets. Visualize, interpret, and report data findings. May create dynamic data reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the adoption and governance of GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs) across development teams.
• Design and implement frameworks, best practices, and guidelines for safe and efficient use of GenAI in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and risk teams to identify GenAI opportunities aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Drive pilot initiatives and scale successful GenAI implementations across platforms and squads.
• Stay current on GenAI advancements and translate emerging capabilities into actionable strategies.
• Coach and mentor developers on GenAI usage and ensure consistent practices across squads.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with GenAI tools in enterprise-grade development environments.
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes, DevOps practices, and agile delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with banking domain systems, regulatory considerations, and risk frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across tech and business teams.
