Black Chain Technical Lead

Capgemini FS SBU is expanding its Digital Assets and DLT practice. The practice works with large customers in Financial services across Capital Markets and Banking. Our clients engage us on projects to create a shared understanding of new business models that might emerge and to prove the business and technical feasibility of potential solutions. As Technical Lead, you would lead the delivery of these projects.

This role requires a high degree of domain and technical expertise. Ability to engage clients in deep solution design workshops and navigate significant unknowns will be a key.

Role -

- Hands on technical lead who brings considerable experience of blockchain development

• Expertise on EVM based public/permissioned blockchain.
• Good understanding of enterprise scale decentralized application design using Java/JS & Solidity
• Good understanding of Smart Contract development life-cycle, contract audit, design patterns and related tools and frameworks.
• Good foundation on DLT cryptography and understanding of crypto wallet functionality, design, and implementation.
• Good understanding of dApp to crypto wallet integration.
• Good understanding of zero knowledge proof and related use cases.
• Understanding of enterprise Ethereum standards will be a plus.

• Expertise on API and Microservice development with core set of technologies like Java/Spring boot, NodeJS etc.

-  Domain exposure to any one of the following areas is preferred but not mandatory – Payments, Capital Markets, Asset Management

- Ability to drive solutioning workshops with clients

- Responsible for hiring and developing engineering talent

- Consistently raise engineering standards, and keeps on continuously improving

- Your technical expertise allows you deep dive into everything that the team does and enables you to provide significant technical guidance to team
