Senior Consultant

The Enterprise Transformation team helps create smarter businesses by reinventing their operational assets, operating models and operations including optimising processes to ultimately increase productivity, reduce cost and improve outcomes
The focus of your role:
Are you passionate about improving operations and making a difference to company results? Are you comfortable with interfacing directly with the customer, solving problem and directing a team toward the right outcome? Do you have a strong background in Operations and Enterprise Transformation?
We need a Consultant who has knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives with a focus on corporate. You’ll have a history of successful business case development, strategy & projects that have involved improved operations across people, process and technology. - Consult with clients on the topic of Enterprise Transformation, specialising in Corporate Experience (Strategy, Operating Model, Business Case, Process Excellence, Digital Core Transformation and Finance Transformation)
- Be responsible for the creation of project deliverables or streams of work within projects (note this is specific to LC/M. Suggest adjusting per grade)

What you'll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in strategy, operating model, process excellence, and/or business case, ideally in a consulting environment
- Strong client facing core consulting skills including written and verbal communication, collaboration and problem solving
