Your role

As an SAP CO Implementation Consultant, you will support SAP S/4HANA Controlling implementations and transformation projects, helping clients optimize financial planning, cost management, profitability analysis, and controlling processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design scalable SAP CO solutions and drive successful project delivery.

Join us and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals. 

Your tasks

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis).
• Participate in all project phases, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution demonstrations with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Support testing activities, user training, documentation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to global rollout and transformation programs in international environments.

Your profile

• Minimum 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Controlling (CO).
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO), Product Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis)
• Experience integrating SAP CO with SAP FI and other functional modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Ability to map complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural project environments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and Polish
