Role Overview:

As the Microsoft CoE Leader at Capgemini, you will drive the strategic vision, innovation, and delivery excellence for Microsoft technologies across the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping Capgemini's Microsoft practice, enabling clients to maximize value from Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI services. You will lead a global team of experts, foster partnerships with Microsoft, and ensure best-in-class solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the global Microsoft CoE strategy aligned with Capgemini’s business objectives.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership in Microsoft technologies, ensuring competitive differentiation.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for Microsoft solution delivery.

Practice Development

  • Build and scale Microsoft capabilities across regions and service lines.
  • Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Oversee training and certification programs to maintain a highly skilled workforce.

Additional Qualifications

Client Engagement and Delivery Excellence

  • Support pre-sales and solutioning for strategic Microsoft deals.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key Microsoft transformation programs.
  • Ensure delivery quality and adherence to Microsoft and Capgemini standards.

Partnership and Ecosystem Management

  • Strengthen Capgemini’s strategic alliance with Microsoft globally.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-innovation programs, and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Represent Capgemini in Microsoft executive forums and industry events.

Innovation and Emerging Technologies

  • Champion adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies (AI, Copilot, Fabric, etc.).
  • Incubate new offerings leveraging Microsoft Cloud and AI capabilities.
  • Promote sustainability and responsible AI practices in Microsoft solutions.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Leadership: Proven experience leading large-scale technology practices or CoEs.
  • Microsoft Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and industry trends.
  • Partnership Management: Experience managing strategic alliances with Microsoft or similar vendors.
  • Delivery Excellence: Track record of driving successful client engagements and large programs.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years in IT consulting or technology leadership roles.
  • Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Experience in global delivery models and multi-region operations.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $300,000 - $400,000 with additional bonus and equity.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
