Capgemini is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Client Partner Director to lead and expand executive relationships within some of our most important clients. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving account growth, developing long-term client partnerships, and positioning Capgemini as a preferred business and technology transformation partner.

 

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines executive relationship management, sales leadership, account strategy, and business development. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, Capgemini industry leaders, solution experts, alliance partners, and delivery teams to identify new opportunities, create tangible business value, and drive profitable growth across the account portfolio.

Your Role

 

  • Own and grow a strategic client portfolio, serving as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies that increase revenue, bookings, profitability, and overall market share.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across business, technology, and procurement organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across consulting, applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, AI, engineering, and managed services.
  • Lead account planning efforts and develop multi-year growth roadmaps aligned to client business priorities and transformation objectives.
  • Position Capgemini effectively within client organizations, including board-level and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring visibility into strategic initiatives and upcoming opportunities.
  • Drive complex deal pursuits and proposal efforts, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver compelling value propositions and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders, solution teams, alliance partners, and delivery organizations to maximize client value and accelerate growth.
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and executive engagement while proactively addressing business challenges and risks.
  • Serve as a market ambassador for Capgemini, strengthening industry relationships and expanding the company's presence within the client ecosystem.

Your skills and Experience

 

  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or client leadership roles within consulting, technology services, or digital transformation organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex consulting, managed services, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, applications, engineering, or technology solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-suite, business unit, and technology leaders.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue, bookings, and profitability targets while developing long-term strategic client relationships.
  • Experience leading large, complex pursuit teams and managing multimillion-dollar opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies impacting client investment decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen, including account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial negotiation.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed global organization and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 103,879 - $ 282,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
