Job Description

Responsibility for overseeing infrastructure connectivity and security equipment. They will be able to identify and resolve issues on the connectivity infrastructure and establish security best practices. They are ultimately responsible for maintaining infrastructure systems - including Network, Zero Trust Segmentation (AKA Micro-Seg), NGFW, NAC and Load Balancing.

Key responsibilities encompass: Technical Excellence: Working with customer to architect and designs network solutions to execute design with junior Network and Security Engineers. Technical Leadership: Providing expert guidance on Infrastructure and playing a pivotal role in shaping the Network and Security strategy. Team Leadership: May manage junior Network and Security Engineers teams triaging tickets and supporting junior engineers with response. May be responsible for overall management of team budget and staffing requirements. Incident Management: Manages response to client, conducting root cause analysis, conducting workshops and responses to P1 incidents. Working with monitoring teams. Continuous Learning: Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices to drive advancements in the field.
