Senior DevOps Operations Engineer (AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD)

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Operations Engineer to join our Digital team, supporting cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and production operations in a global environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient application deployments and infrastructure operations.

Required Qualifications

• Around 8 years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps principles, and Continuous Delivery practices.

• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes administration, containerization, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Linux administration and operational troubleshooting.

• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.

• Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, and production support in high-availability environments.

• Knowledge of cloud networking, security, and infrastructure operations.

• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and operational issue resolution.

• Proficiency with Git, Jira (or similar tools), and Agile/DevOps practices.

• Advanced/fluent English, with strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and interact directly with international clients.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and multi-cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

• Knowledge of AIOps, AI-assisted operations, or operational automation tools.

• Experience supporting globally distributed teams.

• Participation in major incident management processes and bridge calls.
