YOUR ROLE

As an Enterprise Data & Analytics Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will act as a trusted advisor for clients, leading the definition and delivery of enterprise data strategies and advanced analytics solutions. You will combine deep data expertise with consulting leadership to enable large-scale, data-driven transformation programs.

In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:

• Define enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks and data maturity roadmaps;
• Lead the implementation of data quality, security, privacy and compliance policies;
• Design and deliver advanced analytics and insight solutions, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders;
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data platforms, analytics architectures and integration across cloud and enterprise ecosystems;
• Drive innovation through the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, Generative AI and emerging data technologies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Business & methods: Strong experience in data-driven consulting, including strategy definition, assessments, business cases and transformation roadmaps;
• Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, BI platforms, cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS) and data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM);
• Capgemini DNA: Leadership mindset, client orientation, ability to mentor teams and drive value-focused transformation.
  • Personal skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities at executive level.

Note:Education and background: Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Data & Analytics, data transformation or consulting roles, with a proven track record in large-scale projects.
