Assisting in the foundational tasks and processes of your area of specialty Logging security events in incident management systems and assign to relevant groups including call out where necessary Documenting and escalating incidents to senior team members Supporting in the maintenance and tuning of specialized security tools. Exposure to specialist cybersecurity functions Good analytical and problem solving skills Experience in incident management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to work towards industry relevant certifications relevant to your area of specialism e.g. Comp TIA Security+orNetwork+, MS AZ 900, SC 900, SC 200
